1. Data controller

2. What data we process
- e-mail address,
- first name given in the order,
- date, time and place of birth,
- the question or area of life indicated by the customer,
- transaction data: order identifier, amount, currency, payment status,
- site language and the consents given, together with their date.
Birth data entered in the free tools is used only to calculate the result in your browser and is not stored unless you place an order.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data in order to conclude and perform the contract (preparing and sending the report), to handle payments and complaints, and to meet accounting and tax obligations. Consent records serve to demonstrate that consent was given.
4. Who we share data with
- the hosting and database provider of the website (Lovable Cloud / Supabase),
- the payment provider Stripe — for transaction handling.
An e-mail delivery service will be added to this list as soon as it is actually connected.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase, restrict or port it, and to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
6. Retention period
Order data is kept for as long as performance of the contract and applicable accounting and tax rules require. Specific retention periods will be determined and stated here before sales go live.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website stores your language choice in the browser. We do not use analytics or advertising tools; if they are introduced, this section will be updated.
