1. Seller

2. Scope of services
The website offers free tools (birth chart, horoscopes, numerology, tarot) and paid, personalised reports prepared individually from the data provided by the customer: date, time and place of birth, first name and an optional question.
The content is reflective and entertaining in nature. It is not medical, legal, psychological or financial advice.
3. Order and payment
Orders are placed through the form on the product page. Prices are given in Polish zloty and include applicable taxes. Payment is handled online by the payment provider Stripe; the website does not store card details.
The contract is concluded when the payment provider confirms the payment. The customer receives a confirmation at the e-mail address provided.
4. Delivery time
The report is prepared after the payment is confirmed and sent to the e-mail address given in the order. The standard delivery time is stated with the product; if no time is stated there, it is agreed individually with the customer.
5. Right of withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, under the rules resulting from consumer protection law.
The report is content prepared to individual order. If the customer expressly requests that performance begin before the withdrawal period ends and confirms this when placing the order, work starts before that period expires. The consequences of such a request for the right of withdrawal are determined by applicable law.
6. Complaints
A complaint can be submitted to the seller's e-mail address, stating the order number and a description of the issue. The reply is sent to the customer's e-mail address within the period resulting from applicable law.
7. Liability
The customer makes life decisions independently. The seller is not liable for the consequences of decisions taken on the basis of the report. The accuracy of the calculations depends on the correctness of the birth data provided by the customer.
